flattopgourmet.com is a small cooking site. This page says what we collect, why, and how to reach us.
Who we are
This site is run by the operator of flattopgourmet.com. Email: gtorrespsk@gmail.com.
What we collect
If you email us. We get whatever you put in the message: your address, and anything you write. We use that to reply. We do not add you to a list unless you ask.
If you just read the site. The host will log ordinary server data (IP address, browser, pages requested, time). That is how a website stays up. We do not sell it.
Cookies and analytics. The live site is not running a marketing pixel or an email list. If we add analytics later (for example, to see which recipes people finish), we will name the tool here and what it sets. We will not hide it in a footer.
Affiliate links. When this site is accepted into Amazon Associates, some product links will be tagged. If you click one and buy, Amazon may use cookies to credit the site. Amazon’s own privacy policy covers that part. We do not get your full order history. We get a commission report.
We do not ask for payment information. We do not run an account system. We do not want your password.
What we do not do
We do not sell your email or server logs. We do not trade them. We do not send you mail you did not ask for.
Children
This site is for adults who cook. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think we have, email us and we will delete it.
Third parties
- Hosting / domain. The company that serves the site and the registrar that holds the domain will have their own logs and policies.
- Amazon. If you follow an affiliate link, you are on Amazon’s site, under Amazon’s rules.
- Anyone we add later. A comment host, a newsletter tool, a form. If we add one, this page gets a line with the name.
How long we keep email
Until the conversation is done, then we delete it unless we still need it to finish something you asked for.
Your requests
Email gtorrespsk@gmail.com if you want us to delete an email you sent, or if you have a question about this page. We will answer.
Changes
If this policy changes in a real way, we will update the date at the top. Check back if you care. We will not bury a new tracker without saying so.
